A standard driveway is about 100mm thick and 20Mpa Concrete on compacted fill. Reinforcing mesh will provide additional strength and longevity to the life of your concrete. If your budget allows we recommend you put it in. A new driveway is a great investment that can enhance, and add street appeal to your home. We can provide a full service including all site excavation and preparation. Finishes are avaliable in Plain, Stamp, Exposed, Coloured and Decorative Cut.

PATIOS and PATHS
A simple concrete patio to extend your outdoor living or maybe a new concrete pool surround. Like anything concrete patios are durable, low maintenance and can look stunning. A standard concrete patio or pathway is constructed at about 75mm thick. Once again we would recommend if your budget allows to opt for reinforcing mesh in your patio, particularly if you choose a decorative finish.

Have you contacted your Local Council?
It is often a good idea to talk to your local council while planning any concrete construction on your property. Check their requirements about site drainage and site coverage. If you need a vehicle crossing, you will also need to apply for a Crossing Permit. If you are removing an existing driveway or constructing a new patio, we recommend you get a services plan to identify their location in relation to your proposed concrete area.
